Lighten Your Load Solutions is led by Lou Ann Hill, a project management executive with 30 years of experience directing administrative affairs for corporate CEOs and executing industry-wide events for the $109 billion hospitality sector. Her time management solutions and work/life balance expertise has helped leading corporate executives and busy professionals attain greater personal and professional success.

For 16 years, Hill oversaw activities and coordinated meetings for the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Resort Committee, comprised of owners and operators of the nation’s top resorts and vacation destinations. She has used her hospitality industry knowledge, creativity in craftworks, and expertise in floral design to help launch catering firms, design opulent home interiors, and advise a wide array of organizations in the leisure and travel service sectors. An inspiring speaker, she addresses students and professionals on topics ranging from organizing, to careers in hospitality, to niche marketing and public relations.

Hill is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management and an active member of the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the Washington Redskin Cheerleader Alumnae Association (WRCAA), and the Resort Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Hill sits on the board of CHADD (Children & Adults with ADD), as well as The Chesapeake Bay String of Pearls Project (www.stringofpearls.org).
